Started drawing manga in about 2008-09'ish. Been drawing since!
For anyone who wants to know my technique to drawing awesomely.
Step 1: Do NOT frown upon your own artwork! All artwork is awesome as long as you put your own effort into it!
Step 2: Try to begin with the basics then work your way up to your own style! Create something unique!
Step 3: Study professional artists in manga! Read up on how they got started and learn their techniques from their drawings!
Step 4: Quote, "Becoming a good manga artist doesn't depend on how many years you have been drawing; It depends on how many PAGES you have drawn!'' Quantity and Quality!
Step 5: Do not overwork yourself! Great mastery comes with time! You can't instantly draw great overnight! Try to limit yourself on dpd (drawings per day).
Step 6: Cope with Artists Block (-.-) Artist's Block is the worst thing to happen! But let it pass over time and you'll be back on track!
Step 7: Have fun! Your not being forced to draw (unless you are...) Have fun with your drawings and don't let the criticism of others bring you down!
